College Readiness and Work Readiness Program:

The Family Learning Center provides programs and activities aimed at increasing and improving high school outcomes and work options for low-income and minority youth. This is accomplished by providing after school mentoring, academic tutoring, remediation services, academic skill development programs, and entreprenurialship and work readiness programs. We also offer accredited high school courses through our partnership with Boulder Valley School District and Brigham Young University, as well as state-of-the-art technology programs, cultural and recreational activities, other youth development programs and tools needed for school success (school supplies, back packs, etc.) for 500 culturally and economically diverse children.

The Family Learning Center provides a variety of after-school tutorial, mentorship, sports, cultural and art programs as well as computer and technological/internet access programs aimed at closing the "digital divide" by promoting academic achievement. We provide back-to-school supply kits and summer recreational programs.

The Family Learning Center serves approximately 500 school-age children per year.
